citrus ~ (in the style of key lime) graham cracker crust, fresh citrus juice custard, choice of vanilla meringue or greek yogurt whipped cream signature piping, spontaneous edible blooms

*choose: blood orange yuzu or key lime

lemon meringue ~ all-butter crust, lemon custard, toasted vanilla meringue. *option to add berry compote

Tiramisu ~ all-butter crust, house made lady fingers soaked in room service espresso and rum, pastry cream, mascarpone whipPED CREAM, cocoa dust, dark chocolate shards +add raspberries

strawberry cream ~ all-butter crust, pastry cream, savoiardi, fresh strawberries tossed in a compote, vanilla whipped cream

Banana cream ~ All-butter crust, layers of PASTRY cream, salted caramel, saviordi, vanilla whipped cream, caramel drizzle 

strawberry rhubarb ~ all-butter crust, strawberries, rhubarb, ginger, brown sugar oat crumble

salted honey ~ all-butter crust, ojala ojai orange blossom honey custard, maldon salt
