citrus ~ (in the style of key lime) graham cracker crust, fresh citrus juice custard, choice of vanilla meringue or greek yogurt whipped cream signature piping, spontaneous edible blooms

*choose: blood orange yuzu, key lime or passionfruit lime

honey ~ all-butter crust, ojala ojai orange blossom honey custard, maldon salt

berry lemon meringue ~ all-butter crust, lemon custard, mixed berry compote, toasted vanilla meringue

Blackberry crumble ~ all-butter crust, blackberries, ginger, brown sugar oat crumble

SEASONAL PIES

Tiramisu ~ all-butter crust, house made lady fingers soaked in room service espresso and rum, pastry cream, mascarpone whip, cocoa dust, dark chocolate shards

creme brûlée ~ all-butter crust, vanilla cardamom custard, caramelized sugar

strawberry cream ~ all-butter crust, pastry cream, savoiardi, fresh strawberries tossed in a compote, vanilla whipped cream
